JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 20-year-old man was found shot to death outside an Arlington apartment complex Monday morning, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Officers responded about 7:40 a.m. to the Justina Villa Apartments on Justina Court, where they said they found a man who had been shot several times.

The man, who was later identified by police as James Reese, died at the scene.
His death is being investigated as a murder, according to the Sheriff's Office.
