Former federal prosecutor weighs in on possible charges for alleged Florida State University gunman
Amid the abandoned chemistry notes and other debris left behind after a deadly shooting at Florida State University are lingering questions.
There are questions about how the stepson of a beloved sheriff’s deputy tasked with school safety became the accused gunman .
Answering those questions and establishing a motive will be key to developing the case against Phoenix Ikner .
Former federal prosecutor and current defense attorney Curtis Fallgatter joined News4JAX anchor Bruce Hamilton on The Morning Show to discuss potential charges against Ikner as stories emerge about a darker side of the 20-year-old .
