Missing Port St. Lucie teen found safe after more than 3 months

16-year-old last seen June 19 is OK, police say

A Florida Missing Child alert issued for a 16-year-old Port St. Lucie girl has been canceled after the girl was found safe more than three months after she went missing, police said.

Jada Hallums had last been seen June 19 in the area of SW Natema Road, wearing black pants and a blue lace top.

A missing child alert was issued for Jada on July 24.

A representative with the Port St. Lucie Police Department said Wednesday that Jada had been found safe.
