Vote Now: Brunswick Police Department asks for help naming new K-9 officer

BRUNSWICK, Ga. – The Brunswick Police Department is introducing its newest recruit- a Belgian Shepherd mix from Hungary- and they want your help naming him.

This K-9 will work alongside Officer Debuijin tracking and detecting narcotics, as well as apprehending suspects.

“We’re thrilled to have this new K9 join our department, and we believe that the community’s involvement in choosing a name will create a sense of ownership and pride,” said Chief Kevin Jones.

Voting will be open until Friday, Dec. 13.
