24-year-old arrested in connection to shooting of 2 teen brothers in Brunswick, police say
BRUNSWICK, Ga. – A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection to a double murder shooting in Brunswick, News4JAX learned Tuesday.
Kevin Bernard Pinkley Jr. was charged with two counts of murder in the deadly shooting of 17-year-old and 19-year-old brothers on Feb. 17, according to Assistant Brunswick Police Chief Angela Smith.
The teens were found shot inside a home on Brailsford Road near the corner of Second Street, according to the Brunswick Police Department.
They were taken to the hospital, where they died.
Pinkley also faces charges for possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
