JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Wednesday evening on Edison Avenue.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, a man was working outside of a family-owned business near the intersection of Stockton Street. That man was shot and killed.

Police said a black Nissan identified by witnesses was involved in a crash on Stockton Street after it was seen driving erratically. Two men that were inside the car were detained for questioning.
The man who was killed was not identified.
