Jacksonville firefighters sent to extinguish fire at Blue Crab Crabhouse

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Firefighters with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department made quick work of a fire Monday evening at the Blue Crab Crabhouse Restaurant on Julington Creek Road.
According to a JFRD spokesperson, no injuries were reported in the fire. It’s unclear if the restaurant was damaged.
Notably, the restaurant’s website states that it is closed on Mondays. It’s unknown how the fire originated.
