DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating two separate shootings across Jacksonville, that left three people with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police responded to a shooting off Edgewood Avenue at 1:23 a.m. on Saturday regarding two men shot in a parking lot.

According to JSO, the men were involved in a physical altercation that led up to the shooting.
Both were transferred to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It’s unclear if a suspect is outstanding, or if the victims fired shots resulting in both injuries, JSO says.
Less than two hours later, officers responded to the intersection at Atlantic Boulevard and Monument Road in reference to a man shot in his vehicle.
JSO says the victim was sitting in his vehicle at the time he was shot, but did not see where the shot came from.
He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Both shootings are currently under investigation.
