Firefighters respond to house fire on Westside

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded Sunday night to a house fire on Jacksonville’s Westside.

The home was on Morse Avenue near Ricker Road in the McGirts Creek area of the Westside.

Firefighters were called to the scene are 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

No injuries were initially reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
