President Biden delivers remarks at the White House Tribal Nations Summit.
Biden will sign an executive order that makes it easier for Native Americans to access federal funding and have greater autonomy over how to invest those funds. He will allow a confederacy to compete under its own flag in the 2028 Olympics.
