ICE shares results of recent nationwide effort conducted by Enforcement and Removal Operations

WASHINGTON – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) held a press conference Thursday to share the results of a recent law enforcement effort conducted by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

The press conference included remarks from the following speakers:

• Patrick J. Lechleitner, ICE Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director
• Daniel A. Bible, Executive Associate Director Enforcement and Removal Operations
• Russ Hott, Deputy Executive Associate Director Enforcement and Removal Operations

According to ICE’s website, ERO is in charge of all aspects of the immigration enforcement process, including identification, arrest, detention and removal of people who are unlawfully present in the U.S.
