WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden delivered remarks at the National Association of Counties Legislative Conference Monday morning.
The National Association of Counties (NACo) Legislative Conference brings together thousands of elected and appointed county officials to address federal policy issues that impact counties and residents, according to its website.
