JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Naval Station Mayport will host its Tri-Base Career Expo on March 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the University of North Florida.
The release said the job fair is a chance for active duty and retired military alike to network with employers and hand out copies of their resumes.

“(The) number one worry military folks have is the transition to civilian life,” a spokesperson said.
NS Mayport said there will be over 100 employers attending and accepting applications.
If attendees wish to seek employment, they must be active duty military, related to someone who is active duty, retiring from the military, or be National Guard or reservists.
Job seekers are expected to bring military ID, affiliated ID, veteran ID, or DD-214.
The 2024 Tri-Base Career Expo will be held at the University of North Florida at Adam W. Herbert Univ. Center 12000 Alumni Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32224-2620.
