Art in the Park brings out dozens to James Weldon Johnson Park

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Dozens of people came out for Saturday’s Art in the Park competition in Downtown Jacksonville.

This is the fourth year for the event and is the only chalk drawing competition in all of Northeast Florida.

It was able to take place thanks to a grant provided by the PNC Foundation.

The competition includes both artists, both locally and nationally, and talented students from Duval County Public Schools.
