Missing 9-year-old girl found safe, JSO says

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 9-year-old girl, who was reported missing Wednesday by her father, has been found safe, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the girl had last been seen with her 33-year-old mother on Monday, May 13 around 8:45 p.m. on Myrtle Avenue near New Town.
On Thursday morning, JSO said both the girl and her mother were located safe.
