Florida Department of Health in Clay County clinic moves to new location

FLEMING ISLAND, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Clay County clinic will move to a new location Wednesday.

Officials said the clinic will be closed from June 5 to June 7 as they move to the new location.

The clinic will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday at its new location on 1845 Town Center Blvd, Building 400 in Fleming Island.
