Flooding predicted in San Marco, Riverside area as tide continues to rise

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As of 1 a.m. Thursday, Milton was a Category 1 storm with maximum sustained winds of 90 mph just south of Kissimmee, about 65 miles west-southwest of Cape Canaveral.

In the San Marco and Riverside area, flooding remains a concern as the St. Johns River approaches high tide.
