JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars have completed the first trade of the 2024-2025 NFL season by sending defensive tackle Roy Robertson-Harris to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick, according to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport.
Robertson-Harris, a 31-year-old Northern California native, went undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft before signing with the Chicago Bears, the team responsible for handing the Jaguars their fifth loss of the season in London on Sunday.
Across 54 games wearing the teal and black, Robertson-Harris compiled 123 tackles and 11.5 sacks, including two this season. In 2023, he registered 3.5 sacks, setting a career-high mark in that category.
Roberston-Harris goes from a Jaguars team at the bottom of the league to a Seahawks team currently tied with the San Francisco 49ers for the top spot in the NFC West.
