2 Palm Beach County motorcycle deputies killed, another severely injured in crash: reports
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two Palm Beach County deputies died Thursday and another was seriously injured after they were struck by a vehicle, according to media reports.
The crash happened near Loxahatchee on Thursday morning and all three were riding motorcycles, according to WPTV .
Officials believe the deputies may have been struck by a dump truck, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office officials, who confirmed the incident to WPBF .
Aerial video showed the three motorcycles and a damaged SUV on the side of the highway.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
This is a developing story.
PBSO officials plan to hold a news conference on the incident at 4 p.m.
