Man found fatally shot outside home on Jacksonville’s Westside

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man in his 30s was found fatally shot outside of a Westside Jacksonville home on Sunday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said at about 9:40 a.m., officers responded to a home on the 3100 block of Cecelia Street in regards to a shooting.

JSO said the officers found a man in his 30s outside a home with at least one gunshot wound.

Investigators said there were several gunshots in the area in the late hours of Saturday or early Sunday.

Police said they are still determining the circumstances of the incident and the relationships of those involved and it’s classified as pending.
