JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – After the passing of the nation’s 39th president , Jimmy Carter, News4JAX wants to hear your memories of the president who served from 1977 to 1981.
Carter, who died on Sunday at 100, won the presidency in the wake of the Watergate scandal and Vietnam War, endured humbling defeat after one tumultuous term and then redefined life after the White House as a global humanitarian.
