Birthday blood drive Monday on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park
ORANGE PARK, Fla. – You can help doctors serve patients in need by donating blood on Monday.
Life South and HCA Orange Park Hospital are hosting a blood drive in Orange Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The blood mobile truck will be parked at the medical center on Kingsley Avenue east of Blanding Boulevard.
You can check if you’re eligible to donate on LifeSouth.org.
The drive will celebrate the fifth birthday of Eliyanah Brusoe, a little girl who overcame life-threatening health complications when she was born prematurely five years ago.
Her mother needed more than 30-pints of blood during the birth.
