Woman fatally shot in Murray Hill neighborhood, potential suspect in custody: JSO

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman was fatally shot in the Murray Hill neighborhood on Sunday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
JSO said at around 10:30 a.m., officers went to 900 Owen Avenue about a woman who was shot.
Jacksonville Fire Rescue transported the woman to a nearby hospital where she died.
Police said they have a potential suspect in custody and are still investigating the incident.
