Man dies after overnight shooting at Circle K gas station on Beach Boulevard: JSO
A man was killed Sunday night in a shooting on Beach Boulevard. (WJXT)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was killed Sunday night in a shooting on Beach Boulevard just west of Southside Boulevard, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Sgt. Ray Reeves with the JSO Homicide Unit said that officers were called around 10 p.m. Sunday to a Circle K on Beach Boulevard.
The officers found a man with a gunshot wound. He died at the hospital.
Reeves said another man is in custody, and investigators are working with the Medical Examiner’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office to determine whether anyone will face charges.
