JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash with injuries on I-95 North near Emerson St.
As of 4:10 p.m., all northbound lanes were blocked, according to FHP.
As of 4:30 p.m. the right and center lanes were back open, and traffic was flowing again.
