Man shot in foot after argument at Jacksonville intersection in ‘road rage’ incident

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said a man was shot in the foot after an argument at a Jacksonville intersection on Saturday.
Police said at 11:30 a.m., officers responded to the 9500 block of Regency Square Boulevard and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot.
He was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
JSO said the victim was involved in a road rage incident with the suspect and they both got out at an intersection and argued with each other.
During that argument, the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the foot.
Police said all parties are accounted for and are cooperating with investigators. The suspect was taken downtown for further questioning.
