‘Hammer and Hope’ press conference in Clay County highlights crackdown on illegal drugs

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office held a press conference on recent investigations and cracking down on illegal drugs throughout the county.
CCSO called it the “Hammer and Hope” press conference. Officials said recent investigations have resulted in dozens of felony arrests and nearly 20,000 grams of illegal drugs seized.

CCSO Undersheriff Ron Lenvay and Chief Jairo Herrera from the Clay County Fire Rescue spoke about the robust community paramedicine program.
They will hold a press conference regarding the “Hope” initiative at a later date.
