Lanes reopen after crash involving semi-trucks on I-295 South

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash on I-295 E South, before Southside Blvd. and Monument Road.

As of 9:05 a.m., drivers were able to pass the crash in the emergency lane.

As of 11:30 a.m., all lanes were back open.

At least two semi-trucks appeared to have been involved.

Drivers were urged to slow down through the area while emergency crews were on the scene.
