JSO to host town hall in District 4: Ortega, Argyle Forest, Maxville, Lake Shore

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is hosting a town hall in District Four on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at First Coast Baptist Church.

Sheriff T.K. Waters and officials who handle service calls on the westside including: Ortega, Argyle Forest, Maxville, and Lake Shore areas.

Officials said the agenda includes Waters talking about the “historic drop” in murders and what the agency is doing to prevent violent crime.

District Four Commander Eric Redgate will be in attendance to share updates specific to the district.

Attendees can ask Waters and other leaders questions about resources and what’s going on in their area.

The town hall is at 6 p.m. at First Coast Baptist Church, located at 7587 Blanding Boulevard.
