Lanes reopen after semi-truck fire on I-95 North at 9B

Emergency crews were on the scene of a tractor-trailer fire on I-95 North at SR-9B.

A Department of Transporation camera showed flames and thick black smoke coming from the vehicle near the St. Johns and Duval County line.

Traffic was backed up for about two hours while crews were on the scene.
