JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Jaguars fans packed local sports bars Sunday to watch their team secure a decisive 25-3 victory over the Tennessee Titans, pushing the team into a tie for first place in the AFC South.
The win, combined with the Indianapolis Colts’ loss to the Houston Texans, puts both Jacksonville and Indianapolis at 8-4 atop the division, with the Jaguars holding the tiebreaker advantage.
“I’m a Jags fan, so I am cautiously optimistic for Duval, but we got a chance, and we always do,” said one fan at Sneakers Sports Bar in Jacksonville Beach, where supporters gathered to watch the game.

The victory marks the Jaguars’ third consecutive win, helping fans move past the team’s difficult fourth-quarter loss to the Texans several weeks ago. The Texans remain just one game behind in the division race.
The upcoming schedule looms large in fans’ minds, particularly with two December matchups against the Colts. The first showdown comes next Sunday when Jacksonville hosts Indianapolis at home, where the Colts haven’t won since 2014.
Despite some anxiety about the crucial matchups ahead, fans expressed confidence in quarterback Trevor Lawrence and the team’s current direction. “Trevor gets a lot of hate. Love Trevor. Let’s go,” one supporter cheered.
Others praised the team’s commanding performance against the Titans while keeping perspective. “We can always do better, always, but we won 25 to 3, so that’s a good win,” another fan said.
The victory positions Jacksonville for a potential playoff run, though fans and supporters remain mindful of the challenging path ahead, with the Texans and Colts both in close pursuit for the division title.
