JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jaguars fans, soaked to the bone, walked away from EverBank Stadium on Sunday wearing ponchos, raincoats and big smiles.
The Jaguars conquered the Indianapolis Colts 36-19, coming away from the pivotal game with a big win and sole possession of first place in the AFC South.

Despite the wicked weather, fans said it was worth enduring the rain to see the team shine and continue its winning streak.

“We played great. Great defense. Great offense. Even with the weather, the offense did well,” Jaguars fan Jaquarius Bridges said. “I’m very happy.”
Colts fans weren’t so happy. But they weren’t surprised either.
“I’m probably going to go home and cry a lot,” one Colts fan lamented, adding that being a Colts fan in Jacksonville, he definitely saw it coming.
Indianapolis hasn’t won a game in the River City since 2014.
Next Sunday the Jaguars will take on the New York Jets at the EverBank Stadium.
Fans tell News4JAX they feel hopeful for the future, and they hope the team keeps the winning streak going.
