They currently sit alone at the top of the AFC South with a record of 9-4. This comes after a dominant win over Indianapolis on Sunday at home.

News4JAX spoke with a newly married couple who were filing their marriage license at the Duval County Courthouse on Monday.

When we asked if they would consider a honeymoon at a Jaguars playoff game, the husband, Tyler Baker, said he would enjoy it.

“I would,” he said.

Baker and his wife, Tia, said they are season ticket holders but cautioned against overconfidence as the NFL is a tough league.

“That’s a hard one because these divisions are not easy… they got to come with their A-game," said Tia when we asked if they thought the Jags could make a Super Bowl run.

Head coach Liam Coen praised quarterback Trevor Lawrence for his strong play across the team’s four-game winning streak.

“I thought he rose to the occasion yesterday and played at a high level. He was really accurate,” said Coen.

News4JAX Sports Anchor Jamal St. Cyr noted that Lawrence’s play has dramatically improved since the team’s bye week, which followed their worst loss of the season to Los Angeles.

“When he’s hot, he’s hot,” he said of Lawrence’s recent play.
