JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 19-year-old man was arrested in connection with an Arlington shooting that injured five people at a large party on Saturday.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the investigation led them to the arrest of Kenshawn Prentice at a Northwest Jacksonville home on Tuesday morning.

Police responded to the shooting that happened around 3 a.m. at a home off Arlingwood Avenue, where a holiday party was taking place with about 20 attendees.
JSO said an argument happened between two groups at the house, leading to a shooting where five people were hit.
Two women in their early 20s had non-life-threatening wounds to the thigh and the arm; two men in their early 20s were both shot in the leg; and a 16-year-old was shot once in the back, also non-life-threatening, JSO said.
Prentice faced five counts of attempted murder.
