On May 20, 2024, the State Attorney’s Office said Hagans intentionally ran his vehicle into his ex-girlfriend’s house while she was inside.

He was seen on surveillance video hunting the woman, who had escaped to her neighbor’s house to call 911, with a gun.

He was arrested a few days after the incident.
