JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A substitute teacher was arrested last Thursday after she was found possessing fentanyl while in an employee bathroom at Oceanway Middle School, according to arrest reports.
Police said that Jessica Muncy, 44, had multiple bags of a “white and blueish powder substance” that tested positive for fentanyl inside her purse, along with aluminum foil and two blue straws that appeared to have burnt ends. She also admitted to flushing other bags, which are believed to have contained more drugs, down the employee bathroom toilet.
