JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it has arrested a man who is accused of committing multiple armed robberies at various fast-food restaurants and convenience stores across the city.
Police said that Jaheim Muhammad, 21, who is also a convicted felon, committed the robberies over the course of five days and is facing multiple felony charges as a result.

Muhammad’s crime spree began on Jan. 13 when he robbed a Dollar General on Old Kings Road. According to JSO, after pointing a gun at the store employee, he fled with hundreds of dollars in cash.
The next day, Muhammad reportedly targeted a gas station on Old St. Augustine Road. He again pointed a gun at the employee and left with more cash. Officials said that surveillance footage from the incident helped detectives link him to the Dollar General robbery the day before.
Then, on Jan. 17, Muhammad entered a Whataburger on San Jose Boulevard, pointed his gun at the cashier, and took money, police said.
Finally, Muhammad is accused of another attempted robbery at a Domino’s Pizza on Cassat Avenue. JSO said that the cashier refused to hand over cash, and Muhammad left in a rideshare. The driver took him back to his apartment, where Community Problem Response Unit detectives arrested him.
JSO said that Muhammad is currently being held at the Duval County Jail.
