CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A man died from stab injuries after an altercation at an Orange Park apartment complex, later seeking help at a nearby Winn-Dixie parking lot, where Clay County deputies found him.
Deputies with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office found Billy Clark Foster, 38, suffering from multiple stab wounds inside a car parked at a Winn-Dixie parking lot on Blanding Boulevard.

Investigators learned that the man was involved in an altercation in the parking lot of the Cypress Pointe Apartment Complex on Knight Boxx Road, which is across the street from the Winn-Dixie.
Deputies said Foster drove to the Winn-Dixie parking lot to seek help.
He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
