According to a newly released copy of Gibson’s arrest report, the incident, which took place on Feb. 4, involved a 17-year-old female Raines High School student who was identified as one of the four victims who were shot.

The report states that it all began when she called her cousin at home and told her cousin that she was being harassed at school and via phone calls.

According to the report, the 17-year-old eventually arrived at her cousin’s house near the corner of Begonia Road and Wisteria Street in Magnolia Gardens, about 1.5 miles from the high school.

She reportedly told her cousin that a female named “Moni” was reaching out to her via Instagram and was inquiring about her location.

The report also states that the 17-year-old responded to “Moni” by not only giving her the address but also telling “Moni” and other females with “Moni” to come to her location to fight.

According to investigators, 10 people, mainly females, arrived at the location in two vehicles: a silver Buick Lacrosse sedan and an SUV. There were also two males reportedly wearing masks.

Two of the females who arrived were also identified as Raines High School students.

The 17-year-old and “Moni” reportedly fought each other, which led to a breakout of several fights involving the other females.

The 17-year-old told police she jumped on top of the sedan that brought some of the girls to the fight location and kicked the windshield.

Then, she told police, one of the males who arrived with the females said something to her, and she jumped off the car and started walking away.

That’s when, according to the teen, gunshots were fired from the front right passenger side of the car before the car drove off toward Edgewood Avenue.

The 17-year-old was struck in the upper back portion of her leg.

Police learned three other females, who were adults, were also shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. All three of the adult victims -- ages 20, 22 and 47 -- were reportedly trying to break up the fight when they were struck by the gunfire.

News4JAX spoke with one of the adult victims, who asked not to be identified out of fear of retaliation. She said she was in her home when she heard a loud commotion outside.

She said she ran over to a group of girls fighting and tried to break it up when she was struck by a bullet.

Witnesses gave police cellphone video, which recorded several females fighting in the street.

According to police, the cellphone recorded video of Gibson standing next to the passenger side of the sedan, then walking in the middle of the street. The report states that when the shots were fired, the camera was facing the ground and did not capture Gibson shooting the gun, but it did record the sound of gunshots.

The following day, JSO arrived at Raines High School, where they obtained the identities of seven students who were involved in the fight.

The students who were involved in the fight were all interviewed by a detective and shown a photo of Gibson, who was reportedly dating one of the girls.

Gibson eventually surrendered himself to police. He remains in jail on a $1 million bond.
