Adult suffers critical injuries at Lake Shore Middle School: JFRD

An adult was taken to the hospital Tuesday morning with life-threatening injuries after a call about a fall at 2519 Bayview Road, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
That is the address of Lake Shore Middle School.
