Road rage shootings: Counselor explains warning signs and how to de-escalate

There have been a string of shootings involving drivers on local roads stemming from road rage.

The most recent happened in broad daylight outside the Lowe’s store in Mandarin. Two drivers opened fire on one another after an argument in the parking lot last Sunday.

A mental health counselor joined Jennifer Waugh on News4JAX+ at 10 a.m. to discuss why these sudden bursts of rage happen, the warning signs, and the steps all drivers should take if they feel themselves losing control.
