The Orange Park location will be the state’s third, with existing restaurants in Riverview and Celebration and a Rockledge location slated to open in 2026.
This expansion is part of a broader 40-unit development deal across the state over the next decade, with plans to open at least four more locations in the Jacksonville area.
Fatburger was built on grilled-to-perfection and cooked-to-order burgers that can be customized with toppings like bacon, eggs, chili, and onion rings.
The restaurant is opening on Monday at 10 a.m. and a grand opening celebration on March 14 with 100 free burgers to the first 100 guests and free Fat or Skinny Fries all day with any purchase.
