Lanes reopen after water recedes at I-295 South on ramp from Blanding Blvd.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash on I-295 South Monday afternoon.

As of 4:45 p.m., the right lane of the Blanding Blvd. on ramp was blocked.

A Department of Transportation camera showed flooding in the roadway.

All lanes were back open by 7 p.m.
