Police looking to identify man seen in video after McDonald’s drive-thru shooting in January

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is continuing its efforts to find a man accused of shooting at a group of people at a McDonald’s restaurant in the Town Center.

On Wednesday, the sheriff’s office released surveillance video of a man walking up to the building.

The investigation dates back to a Jan. 18 incident, when five men were waiting in a car in the drive-thru line at the McDonald’s on Town Center Parkway when they noticed a man dressed in a black hoodie standing in the bushes.

According to JSO, the driver tried to drive away, but the man seen in the video opened fire on the vehicle.

One person was injured but survived.
