JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The RichHER Foundation and partner organizations will present the second annual Wear Her Crown: Women in Leadership panel on Thursday at Word of Truth Ministries.

The panel discussion begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a networking mixer at 7:30 p.m. The event is designed to uplift, connect and inspire women through conversation with industry leaders and community influencers.
Panelists include:
- Dr. Cynthia Smith, founder and CEO of Minds of the Future Academy
- Kym Maye, founder and CEO of Knowledge and Empowerment Inc.
- Amanda DeVoe, an award‑winning anchor and journalist
- Shennette Sparks, preacher and co‑leader of Journey Church Young Adults
- Jordan Weeks, an Edward Waters scholar and Ms. Edward Waters University 2024‑25.
- Elle Michelle, author, speaker and educator and founder of Queens United Leadership Academy, will moderate.
