JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One thing that is not unfamiliar to risk-taking entrepreneur Felicia Anderson is answering the call to create spaces Jacksonville doesn’t have yet.

In this episode of “Voices of the 904,” we go behind Felicia‘s photography lens to learn more about her journey as the owner of Luxury Point Studio in Mixon Town.
SEASON PREMIERE: Meet Dana - How her work for the Northside is a love letter to its culture, history
She gets candid about the not-so-subtle nudges that pushed her business forward, turning it into a successful creative playground for film, photography and artistic expression.
Throughout the conversation, Felicia reflects on Jacksonville’s growing creative scene and how her admiration for her hometown fuels her mission to help put the city on the map ― while building up other creatives in the process.
”I’m advocating for Jacksonville because I’ve gone to different cities. There is no reason why we shouldn’t be on the same level. First of all, the creatives here are absolutely astounding," Felicia said. “So, if I have to be the person to be like, listen, we’re going to have this. We’re going to reach out to these brands and bring those brands here. Then, hey, I’ll be that person.”
She also talks about her passion for empowering women through the Pretty & Powerful event, which creates space for connection, collaboration, and community.
