Hogan-Spring Glen Elementary School groundbreaking

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Construction began in March on the new Hogan-Spring Glen Elementary that Duval County Public Schools says will open as a pre-K-5 campus in August 2027.

The project, funded through a voter-approved half-cent sales tax, replaces the original school with a fully modernized elementary campus. The district said the facility will include three early-learning classrooms and nine specialized spaces intended to support a range of student needs.
