ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Regency Centers is bringing a new grocery-anchored, open-air shopping center to St. Johns County. The Berkeley at Durbin Park will be located at East Peyton Parkway in the Durbin Park area, adjacent to UF Health Durbin Park, and the developer says it’s designed to serve one of Northeast Florida’s fastest-growing communities.
Groundbreaking is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, according to a post by Regency Centers on LinkedIn.
