Lake City police searching for missing 17-year-old boy

LAKE CITY, Fla. – The Lake City Police Department says it’s searching for a 17-year-old boy who is believed to have run away from home.

Officers say Jason Cherry was last seen in the Lake City area on U.S. Highway 90 going eastbound. Cherry was last seen wearing a dark leather jacket, gray baggy jeans, green and white air Jordans and a gray Carhartt beanie. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
