Man charged with vehicular homicide in 2015 crash

Julius Earl Williams is charged with traffic homicide in the death of Louis Parada.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Investigators arrested a man Wednesday who is accused of being the at-fault driver in a 2015 vehicular homicide, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Julius Earl Williams is charged with vehicular homicide in the death of Louis Parada. Parada was killed on Nov. 19, 2015, in a crash involving a tractor-trailer and multiple vehicles on Interstate 10 near Chaffee Road.

After months of extensive research and investigative techniques, officials said they had enough evidence to charge Williams with vehicular homicide.

Williams is being held on a $100,003 bond.
